Johannes and Chris were exceptional in their customer service; they ensured that we didn’t lack anything and made life east for us, they were professional and pleasant. Check-in speed and efficiency, accommodation, cleanliness, tours, housekeeping staff and management were all excellent.

Our holiday was really wonderful; it was what we expected and more. We really had fun and the kids love it. We visited Table Mountain and Robbin Island. We also bought some things from the Shoprite. It was an awesome experience.
