Q: I am planning on going overseas, what should I do to remain safe?

A: Please refrain from all forms of travel to or through the European Union, United States, United Kingdom and other identified high-risk countries such as China, Iran and South Korea

Q: What can passengers do to protect themselves from infection on board a flight?

A: There is a range of simple measures advised by the World Health Organisation. These include: handwashing on a regular basis, avoid touching other passengers, covering coughs and sneezes. Please avoid travelling if you become ill and avoid contact with anyone who appears to be unwell.

Q: Will visas be granted for travel in May, June and July?

A: Each country is assessing their situation. Please contact your Travel Agent to keep you updated and informed accordingly.

Q: If an airline cancels my flight, will I get a full refund?

A: Each airline is implementing their own rules and procedures. This is dependent on the destination, travel and other factors. Please contact your respective Travel Agent to confirm the details of your booking.

Q: Will it be safe to travel after Covid-19?

A: This will depend on the destination you are travelling to and what safety precautions that destination has set into place during Covid-19.

Q: Will foreign nationals with visas still be allowed to enter South Africa?

A:The South African Government has imposed strict visa restrictions. All visas issued since January 2020 to foreign nationals and travellers from high risk countries who have not yet entered South Africa are revoked with immediate effect

Q: Which countries are “HIGH RISK”?

A: China, Germany, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America and France. This list is subject to change in accordance with the World Health Organisation.

2. How do I use my VIP Express Tourism Limited holiday?
To use your VIP Express holiday you can either;
  1. Use your allocated week in the resort and predetermined time slot (reservations requires 8 weeks’ notice prior to your travel date and you need to provide at least three travel destination options).
  2. Exchange your allocated week by contacting our reservations department, 8 weeks before the start of your allocated week. We will together with our exchange affiliates
    assist you in finding alternative accommodation to the same exchange value of your allocated week.

3. Must I use my allocated holiday week myself?

This is your choice. If you would like to send someone in your place, all you have to do is ask the VIP Express Tourism Limited reservations department to organise a guest certificate for that person/people.
4. If I cannot or do not want to use my allocated holiday week at the allocated resort or at the specified time, what can I do to change that?
You have the option to exchange your week for another available week, subject to it being in the same “season” that you have purchased. Refer to your buyers guide to the calendar page to find out more about the “seasons”.

5. Where can I go on holiday?

The choices are almost endless, VIP Express Tourism Limited has a portfolio of over 3900 resorts worldwide, you are sure to find your dream holiday destination.
6. Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes of course. You may upgrade your membership at any time. All that is required is that you sign a new contract reflecting your upgraded membership. The monetary difference between your current price and your upgraded price will be calculated and is all you will be required to pay.

7. What makes the VIP Express Tourism Limited business model so flexible and rewarding?

9. What support will I get from VIP Express Tourism Limited?

10. When can I start my active referral business?
You are welcome to start any time after you have paid your deposit in full and you have completed and signed all the necessary documentation.

11. How many people am I allowed to introduce?

There are no limitations. Remember, the more people you have in your personal business base, the quicker your business will grow.
12. I am not a sales person, do I have to sell the product?
Not at all. Just invite suitable and qualified people to attend one of our presentations, ensure that they do attend and if they decide to also purchase the VIP Express product, you will be rewarded according to your matrix structure. Refer to your buyers guide for tips on qualified referrals.

13. What must I tell my clients when I invite them to VIP Express Tourism Limited?

Tell them about the business and the product that they offer – five years of travel and the passive income opportunities. The more excited you are about VIP Express Tourism Limited, the more likely your client will decide to buy too and the more your business will grow. Remember to tell them to bring their cheque books or ATM cards.
14. Should I accompany my clients to the presentation?
Ideally yes, this will maximise your chance to grow your business by minimising any doubts that your clients may have about joining on the day.

15. How and when do I receive my payments?

Your commission payments will be allocated according to the matrix on the first weekend after the 18th of every month. All payments are made by cheque or by means of a bank transfer into your personal account.
16. Will I receive a regular business statement?
Yes. Once a month you will receive a printout at our regular host functions. However, your December, January and February statements must be collected upon notification from us at our offices.

17. The money that I earn in the matrix represents a large amount of money, where does this money actually come from?

It is no secret, we all know that marketing a product is extremely expensive, all we did is reroute a large portion of the marketing budget to you, the person who has earned it.
18. How legal is VIP Express Tourism Limited?
VIP Express Tourism Limited is 100% legal and fully registered as per accordance to the Nigerian Government. All documentation is in place and can be viewed by appointment.

19. What is the cancellation policy?

The Purchaser may cancel his agreement, without reason, by delivering a notice to the Trading Company within 5 (five) business days of the agreement being concluded, subject to the Trading Company refunding an amount of 10% of the deposit or purchase price received and the balance forfeited as liquidated damages.
