From the date of signature and until the termination of the scheme as per clause P2.7 of the agreement, a member will be allocated one week per year according to the membership level joined on, as stipulated in the agreement.
The member can only travel in the seasons allocated to the membership level joined on. This is as per the season calendar supplied by reservations.
Always have at least THREE (3) different destination options available when making a booking request.
Types of membership - Imperial Member (High Peak Season), Royal Member (Peak Season), President Member (Mid-Season), Senator Member (Out of season to Mid-Season), Diplomat (Out of Season), Ambassador Member (Out of Season, No Peak Season).
An Imperial or Royal member may travel throughout the year. Other members may request an accommodation booking in a lower membership level but not in a higher level than originally joined.
All members may request an accommodation booking in a lower membership level but never in a higher level than originally joined on.
The first week of the year will commence on the first Friday of the year and weeks for the remainder of the year will then be consecutively numbered.
Upon booking an own week the member must take his or her accommodation booking as one full week in the same destination and cannot break the week up into single days in various destinations. Should the member wish to add some variety to their trip, they can contact a reservationist for assistance.
Members may only use their week in the year following the date of purchase if the membership agreement was signed after 30 June of the previous year. If signed before 30 June in the previous year, then the member can request his week, subject to availability in the country and area requested and subject to the full purchase price being settled in full. All reservations made through VIP Express Tourism Club are subject to currency fluctuation at the time of booking.
In the event of a member banking or borrowing his / her week with VIP Express Tourism Club, the member will be bound by the rules and regulations of the exchange organization relating to the banking and borrowing of the exchanged weeks. All reservations in this case are still subject to availability.
A member utilizing a resort or any destination in terms of the reservation rules, without exception, does so subject to the rules and conditions of that specific resort or establishment.
A member may not bank and carry forward any weeks after the expiry date of the membership agreement as per clause P2.7 of the membership agreement. Any weeks not utilized by the expiry date of the membership agreement will be forfeited upon the said date of expiry.
All weeks banked must be actioned and concluded at least 30 days prior to the occupation date specified for those weeks. All requests for reservations must be done timeously in advance of the requested dates. This is applicable to both gift weeks and own week bookings. All peak season requests should be made at least 6 – 8 months in advance.
Gift week bookings can only be made strictly as per the validity dates on the gift vouchers.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the cancellation period is as follows: 7 weeks before an international booking and 4 weeks before an African or gift week booking. Should such a cancellation be requested after the specified time frame, all reservations, exchange fees and the week will be forfeited.
Any requests for a reservation, banking or borrowing of a week can only be actioned once the member has complied with the rules relating to payment of all fees due, the provisions of the membership agreement, the availability of a similar week on a first come first served basis and always in accordance with the rules and regulations of the membership agreement.
A non-refundable reservation fee of NGN15 300 (or equivalent) will apply for all OWN WEEK bookings in Africa. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
An international exchange fee of $230.00 and NGN15 300 international own week reservations fee will apply. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
Gift week bookings can only be made as per the validity dates on the gift vouchers.
A non-refundable reservation fee of $210 will apply for all South Africa & Mnarani GIFT WEEK bookings. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
Should members convert his or her gift week into a full Nowahala Tours package then he or she will not be liable to pay the $210 booking fee. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
However should members combine his or her gift week with a full Nowahala Tours package resulting in two consecutive weeks, one being the gift week and the other the Nowahala Tours fully paid package week, then the client will only be liable to pay the $210 booking fee for their gift week. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
An amendment fee of $40 is payable if a member makes any changes to a confirmed booking. The fees are subject to be increased without notice.
All reservation fees are payable before a booking can be confirmed.
No reservations are available in New York, London, Dubai or any other major cities. Should you wish to travel to these destinations you can request a tailor made package at additional costs.
All VIP booking forms need to be checked and signed off by all clients. A members’ signature on the booking and declaration of understanding form confirms that he or she has read and understood the Terms & Conditions of the booking.

Payments can be cash or bank deposits only.
The Member’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months after returning to the place of departure.
The Member is responsible for his / her own valid Visa.
VIP Express Tourism Limited can accept no responsibility for any additional expenses, death, loss or damage or cancellation due to delays or changes in itineraries as a result of sickness, strikes, weather, war, terrorism, quarantine, inadequate passport, visa, health requirements or other legal documents or any other cause of whatever nature.
VIP Express Tourism Limited gives notice that any product or services made by VIP Express Tourism Limited are subject to availability and currency fuctuations at the time of booking.
When a flight booking has been confirmed and paid for by the client and all tickets have been issued by VIP Express Tourism Limited to the client and the client decides, for whatever reason, to cancel his or her booking, the client will then forfeit all monies paid.
VIP Express Tourism Limited flight bookings are non-refundable due to the fact that outside vendors and airlines are used and they have their own non-refundable policies.
Any changes made to bookings or re-bookings are still subject to availability and price fluctuations.
