2. Buy your plane tickets
Once you know there are still tickets available for the game you want to see and know exactly over which days you want to be in Russia, you can book your airplane tickets. 3. Find accommodation in the right location
Russia has really outdone it this year: the 64 matches will be played across 12 different stadiums! Make sure you book your accommodation close enough to the stadium that you will be attending. The 12 locations are:

4. Plan your calendar out according to the soccer
While you are enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in Russia, you should most definitely explore all the tourist activities available to you. But remember to give yourself time to rest before and after the big game, because you will need all the energy you have for such a festive event!
4. Pack the right clothes
Luckily, the Soccer World Cup starts in June, which is just about the hottest month in Russia! Pack for temperature between 23 °C and 35 °C. The days are dry and the nights are short, so get ready to spend a lot of time outdoors among the beautiful green scenery of Russian nature.
5. Practice your communication
Russia has a wide-spread culture and boasts it’s diversity with over 100 minority languages, including Tartar, Ukrainian, Chuvash, Bashir, Mordvin and Chechen. Don’t fright though, a large majority of Russians, especially in bigger cities, can understand and speak English.
